Attract new PTA volunteers

Ten ways volunteers can help the PTA

Approaching parents in the school playground about PTA work can feel daunting. Visions of sitting through endless meetings, spending evenings slaving over tray bakes or losing precious weekends to manning the tombola stall are enough to put off many a time-poor parent.

That’s where having a kick-ass poster to do the talking for you can really help. It not only saves you from awkward conversations at pick-up but can succinctly set out the different ways parents can contribute to the PTA, many of which they probably haven’t even considered.

From lending their professional skills in graphic design or social media, to tapping business contacts for sponsorship or donations, many activities don’t even require parents to leave the house, let alone their comfort zones.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a designer on hand, simply download our poster and start getting it into book bags and onto noticeboards today!
